Credit card guarantee
In such case, the successfull payment of the deposit through Paypal is the guarantee for the reservation.

Bank transfer guarantee
You will receive a form to fill in with bank details and mail it back to us.

Cancellation Policy
If the customer wants to cancel the reservation, the following conditions will apply:

• up to 30 days before check-in, there is no charge
• from the 29th to the 15th day before check-in, there is a charge of 30% of the whole amount
• from the 14th to 7th day before check-in, there is a charge of 50% of the whole amount
• from the 7th to the 3rd day before check-in, there is a charge of 75% of the whole amount
• there is no refund of the deposit for cancellations in less than 2 days from check-in, for no arrival, late arrival or early departure.
